FALCO is a major manufacturer of toroidal current transformers for single and poly-phase electronic watt-hours meters.These transformers comply with amperage rating class 20/200 and 320 or ANSI 0.2%, 0.5% accuracy requirements and IEC10636 standard for DC immune capability; thus accuracy is not affected by DC influence due to amorphous core employed.The use of high quality amorphous and crystalline-based core material allows them to exhibit good linearity in amplitude and low phase angle error with proper burden resistors.The transformers are encapsulated into plastic housings and epoxy sealed to extend product life.
